Caring Data was created by industry experts who recognized the need to enhance communication between caregivers and administrators. Administrators also wanted the assurance that when reviewing a resident’s or caregiver’s folder, all necessary documentation would be readily available. After the initial framework was developed, new ideas continued to emerge.
