We empower RCFE professionals to operate successful board and care, 6-bed, and residential assisted living facilities.

Our Commitment Is Guided By Four Key Areas

RCFE Association is proud to lead California in advancing and innovating the
Board and Care, 6-bed, and residential assisted living industry.

• Online Resource Library: Association Members have access to California required LIC forms, custom forms, tools, videos, articles, and more to successfully operate their facility.

• Informative Weekly Meetings (Virtual): Content-rich meetings with a mixture of open forum discussions, expert guest speakers, Q & A’s, and industry updates on topics relevant to RCFE owners and operators. Meetings are optional to attend.

• Associate Partners Benefits: Collaborate and receive support from our Associate Partners who are professionals that understand our business needs and provide services to our facilities, staff, residents, families, etc

Placement Partners Referrals: Placement Partners help us fill our homes! They consist of placement agents, hospice providers, social workers, and others. Association Members can utilize the Real Time Availability feature to immediately notify our Placement Partners of their room availability.
