Providers – Training
- Basics of Residential Licensing – This training will be for anyone who may be considering opening up a facility and not sure what they want to do. This is intended for people who are not yet licensed, as it will cover the application process, fees, application timeframes, and preparing for an initial inspection.
- Maintaining Compliance – This training will be a high-level overview of the rules, discussions about the top 10 deficiencies, review of the survey process, what is contained in Service Plans/Treatment Plans, completing POCs, and trends in Enforcement. This training is intended for any of our currently licensed providers.
- Sustainable Plans of Correction – This workshop is designed to provide an overview of what is required in a Plan of Correction (POC) for the Department, the importance of a sustainable POC, and participants will get to practice writing a POC with the Department.
